Founded by creative directors Katie Keating and Erica Fite in 2011 (when only 3% of creative directors were women), Fancy is 100% women-owned, women-operated, and women-driven. We have elevated underrepresented voices in culture and our own agency leadership since day one. This is core to our business model, and it is core to growing our clients’ businesses.

We adamantly believe there is no shame, stigma, or anything taboo about being a woman and for 13 years we’ve partnered with like-minded clients to #normalizethenormal and make the world a better place for all of us.
